4. Registration

Any user that registers with the Site must be 18 years old or over. If you are under 18 years old, you can obtain permission from your parents or guardians (as the case may be), and register or use the Site under your parent's or guardian's guidance and/or supervision.

Please note that each registration is for single use only. We do not allow any user to share user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on the Site. We do not hold responsibility for the issues rising from your sharing user name or password with anyone else. 5. Pricing

We reserve the right to update prices from time to time without prior notice, but orders which have been placed before any price change will be governed by the price(s) prior to adjustment. If we do not receive your phone after placing an order for over 14 days, we reserve the right to change the price if the price on the Site for this model has been updated.

We reserve the right to make revised offers on any phone received which is different in model or working / non-working condition as described on our website. These offers are made by email after the phones are processed and need to be accepted within seven days by email reply. If we do not receive your email reply of our revised offers within 7 days, revised offers will be automatically proceeded to payment. We will not be held liable if any payment is delayed because of no response received from the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we see appropriate.

For wholesale customers, revised offers will be made on the sale as a whole.

Customers may ask for their phones to be returned to them if they do not accept the revised offer. Also, customers will be charged for the delivery cost to return their phones. We are not liable for any loss or damage of returning phones in delivery process.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to provide our customer the 'Best Price' for their used mobile. However, this is not a guarantee. We shall not be held liable under any circumstances regarding price pledges.

6. SIM Cards and Data Removal - Important Notice:

The sale of your mobile phone will not, under any circumstance, include the sale of a SIM card or other proprietary information. It is a condition of you sending in and any sale of a phone that before sending it, you remove and retain SIM cards AND memory cards (or other media) AND all other personal details and data including without limit, all names, phone numbers, SMS messages, photos, games, songs, video and all other data from your phone. This means that you must remove your SIM card, memory cards and media and all personal data before sending your mobile phone. This is a fundamental provision in the terms of your sale agreement with us. If you do not comply with these obligations, you will be in breach of these terms.

We will not accept liability for any loss, damage or costs which you incur if the SIM card, memory card or other media are sent with the handset or if personal data remains in the phone including without limitation, any charges which you incur as a result of use of your phone by any person, whether incurred before or after our receipt of the handset. We will not be in any way responsible for the security, confidentiality, protection, use or disclosure of any personal data which you fail to remove or any losses or costs which arise as a result. If you send a SIM card, memory card or personal details in error or in breach of this section, we will not under any circumstances be able to return them to you and shall have no responsibility in respect of them. If you send personal data to us in error, (other than information we hold about you as a customer) we shall not be deemed to be holding, processing or otherwise using the data on your behalf in any way. Without any liability on our part, we advise you to ensure that you understand and comply with any obligations which you may have in accordance with your agreement with your telecoms service provider including any obligations which you must comply with in disposing of your phone. If you do send your SIM card to us in breach of this section, it is your responsibility to inform your provider of your error and you will remain liable for any charges to your account both before and after sending your phone to us. This is subject to any terms of agreement you may have with your telecoms provider.

7. Policy of Stolen and Counterfeit Phones

We use the CheckMEND system, the world's largest database of stolen goods, to check our received mobile phones with their IMEI No. The system is regarded as the authority on the information relating to the sale/purchase of second-hand goods, and it is used by public, police, retailers, recyclers and other networks worldwide. We also have a team of specialised technicians to examine and check each phone upon receipt, both its hardware and software. This enables us to accurately identify any Stolen and counterfeit/fake phone.

When any phone has been identified as stolen or counterfeit, the customer shall be notified by email immediately. These phones will be retained as evidence for further police investigation. We regret to say that we cannot return stolen or counterfeit phone back to the customer; neither can we fulfil the payment. This is to protect the legal right of the original brand so as to prevent and stop any further unlawful trading activity in its circulation.

8. Lost and Damaged Phones During Postal Transit

We use Royal Mail traceable Tracked Returns service for customers to post the mobile to us, the reliable and safe national mail delivery service.

However, we cannot be responsible, or to pay for compensation if any mobile phone is lost or damaged during the mail transit. In the case of loss & damage, to make a claim you will need to contact the Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or visit www.royalmail.com to find out more.

Due to changes of Royal Mail's policythe Tracked Returns covers up to £50 for lost & damage compensation. ln order to claim for lost/damage up to £50, customers will need to obtain and keep a printed proof of posting receipt. It is the customer's own responsibility in providing all the necessary proofs to Royal Mail in order to proceed with any claim. Failure in doing so may results no compensation.

Therefore, for high value mobile phones, we strongly recommend you use the fully traceable Special Delivery service available from a Post Office, which will ensure cover in the event of loss up to £500.

We use Parcel Force for courier collection of more than 15 mobiles, fully tracked. Customers can choose to purchase the Insurance to cover loss and damage when the collection is arranged. For further details please Contact Us.

9. Accuracy of Information

We will use our reasonable endeavours to provide accurate information regarding the products, price, images, colours on the Site; However, due to the extent permitted by applicable laws, we do not assure that the descriptions, text, colours, contents or other images on the Site are comprehensive, error-free and completely accurate.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Everything on the Site is presented "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind whatsoever. The information, contents, products descriptions, colours, services and other data may not be in the most updated versions or may include omissions or errors.
